STAPEHILL OVER 60’S CLUB

We are a small friendly club and our meetings are held once a month on the first Thursday of each month at 2.30pm. Our venue is at Colehill Methodist Church, Lonnen Road, Colehill, Wimborne, Dorset. A variety of entertainers our booked every month and we hold bring and buy sales, draws and tea and biscuits for a small fee.

Our regular events consist of two outings which are organised every year, one summer trip in September. The second in November usually to a Garden Centre the aim to see the Christmas decorations. Every effort is made to ensure that the Christmas meeting is extra special for everyone and includes a special spread of seasonal Christmas food. Entertainers are booked in keeping with the Christmas spirit. Over the years this has includedchoirs from local Schools including St Michael,s and Allenbourn Middle Schools. This year our entertainers will be a group of hand bell ringers which previously have been very well received.
