Colehill Under Fives Group

The Colehill Under Fives Group has been running for more than 10 years and is a weekly group for pre-school children. It meets at the Colehill Memorial Hall on Wednesday mornings between 9.45 and 11.45 am (term time only).

The Group provides a sociable environment for parents/carers to bring their children to have fun and get messy! Activities include ride-on toys, play table with trains/cars, play dough, home corner, book corner, dressing up box, slide and small trampoline, painting and other craft activites. In addition, there is also a baby corner with lots of stimulating toys for the very young.

The Group sometimes arranges trips to places such as Adventure Wonderland during the school holidays and parents are very welcome to bring their older children on these trips.

Refreshments are available throughout each session at a nominal charge.

Each session costs £1.50 for one adult and one child and 50p for each additional child.

The Group is run by a committee of volunteers (mainly mums with children attending the Group). Additional help is always welcome!

The Group has recently been awarded a grant from the Grassroots foundation and has purchased lots of new equipment and toys, including dressing-up costumes, a lovely dolls' house and garage.
